What is Goldmind:Focus?
Goldmind:Focus is a once-daily natural formula designed to support sustained focus and cognitive performance without stimulants. Each sachet contains 425 mg standardized Rhodiola rosea, 300 mg phosphatidylserine, 869 mg EPA + DHA, plus B vitamins, zinc, and copper.
How soon should I expect to notice a difference?
The ingredients work on different time scales.
Rhodiola has shown effects after a single dose as well as with repeated use, so it is the part of the formula most likely to be noticed first. Phosphatidylserine is generally studied over several weeks, while EPA and DHA tend to show measurable benefits over several months.
We do not sell 7-day or 2-week supplies of Goldmind:Focus because, in our own experience and with our earliest customers, four weeks of consistent use has been a much better point for deciding whether the formula is helping. One sachet is not a useful test of the full formula.
Why doesn’t Goldmind:Focus contain caffeine?
Caffeine works, but most people who want caffeine already have a caffeine routine.
We wanted Goldmind:Focus to support focus without adding another stimulant, so it can be used alongside coffee or tea without automatically increasing total stimulant intake.
How should I take Goldmind:Focus?
Take one sachet in the morning or near the beginning of your day, with food and fluid.
Each carton contains 30 daily sachets. Consistency matters more than taking it at an exact clock time. Because Rhodiola can feel activating for some people, we generally recommend taking Goldmind:Focus earlier rather than near bedtime.
